
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
By California law, if you have more than 5 employees, you’re required to have employees and supervisors undergo sexual and workplace harassment prevention training every two years. We offer in-person and online certified training courses that meet the California requirements. All training and materials are provided in English and Spanish.
OUR PROCESS: STEP BY STEP
1. For Private On-site Training Sessions
- Private harassment seminar for their team
- Client schedules training
- EyeSpy implements onsite training at Client location.
- Manager trainings are 2 hours. Employee trainings are 1 hour.
2. For Self-paced Online Training
- Client purchases individual trainings to assign to their employees
- Employees sign up using a code and go through self-paced trainings, which still meet the minimum one hour requirement for employee trainings and 2 hours requirement for management trainings.
3. In-Person Manager Training
- We announce quarterly time and location for training
- Client signs up managers
- EyeSpy implements onsite training and manager attends.
